Our Services

Upon submission of an Order and/or payment, you are purchasing the Product for your exclusive use. All products are non-refundable and provided without warranties, expressed or implied. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions before placing any order.

Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind

Customers are entitled to a 100% refund if they cancel before our writers or editors begin working on the project.

If an order is canceled within the first hour of placing it, a 40% processing fee will be deducted.

2. Incompetent Delivery

If the delivered work does not meet the project requirements as specified by the customer, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction.

If, after multiple revisions, the work still does not meet expectations, we may issue a partial refund upon mutual agreement.

3. Late Delivery

We prioritize on-time delivery. However, if we fail to deliver on time after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed upon documentary evidence proving that the delay was caused by the company.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refund requests made after 30 days will not be entertained.

5. Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Minor technical errors (e.g., grammatical mistakes, formatting issues, word count errors, missing references) will only qualify for partial refunds or discounts for future orders.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to respond or provide necessary materials will not qualify for refunds.

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than objective quality concerns will not qualify for a refund.
